No Contamination
For Plough Shear Mixer, the shovel and clearance between shovel and vessel is key to reduce the possibility of contamination. We design the shovel welding on shaft without any bolts which will not have dead space for material stay. Furthermore, the residues of material is also important because if we can not guarantee the minimum clearance between shovel and vessel, there will be more residues stay inside mixer which will pollute for next batch product.

High Precision
Due to fast speed of shaft and fluidizition mixing action principle, the plough shear mixer can finish high precision mixing in the shortest time which could save half time of vertical mixer and other types of mixer such as ribbon mixer, conical mixer. Furthermore, it can also break agglomeration of some sticky material.

Easy Clean
One of the most important thing is cleaning for food customer. Easy access to every part of inside and outside of mixer is necessary in design for worker to do frequent cleaning job. So, the cleaning door must be full and big enough for worker to access every detail parts of mixer. CIP cleaning system is preferred to be used in mixer.
